“Thank you for a wonderful lecture on chakras and manifesting! I loved it so much and I was plotting to myself as I was sitting in the audience thinking how can I get more of Heidi in my life! You explained the chakras and manifesting so eloquently and clearly. I kinda wish there was a recording of you explaining it all over again!”

Simona

“Hi Heidi! I heard you speak at Kripalu and really enjoyed your talk. You reminded me of my favorite teacher from high school!”

I just finished the meditation course and wanted to say thank you for putting together such a thoughtful and nurturing experience. The intros to each lesson were wonderful, and I felt like the course was a great balance of actual meditation and other really valuable information—mantras, philosophies on transition and beginnings, poems and other readings, and so on. I think it’s remarkable just how nurturing the entire course felt. That’s the word that keeps coming to mind. It was also the perfect nudge for getting back into meditation; can’t wait to do another of your courses.

Thank you Heidi for your wonderful course and instruction! It’s one thing to read about these things and try to do them on your own but its another to actually have a knowledgeable instructor show you how to practice some of these techniques.

I wanted to share that I’m a physician and sadly medical training, and then the profession itself when out in the workforce, teaches you to forgo self care. It’s almost a badge of honor in the medical culture. Which is sad because you need to care for yourself in order to be able to care for others.

It wasn’t until I became sick with autoimmune disease that it forced me to really slow down. And I found stress to be a huge trigger for my symptoms. These last few weeks- I’ve felt more relaxed, more present for my patients, my family and myself. So I thank you for the tools you’ve given me and all of us in this course 💚

I would be interested in future courses you offer.
